The top priced cow
was consigned by Hill
side Farms, Trucksville,
Pa. and she was sold for
$2600. The 2nd high
brought $2500 and sev
eral sold for $2OOO.
The top price for a
calf, bom in January,
1990 was $2325 and
she went to lowa. The
second high calf
brought $l9OO and the
average of the calves
was $l2Ol.
The bred heifers
averaged $1685 with
three bringing $l9OO
each and others sold for
$1875 and $lB5O. The
average of the cows was
$1770.
