1990. Six separate
tracts of land were sold
to various purchasers. A
13.74 acre tract sold for
$54,960, a 6.05 acre
parcel sold for $29,645,
4.6 acres sold for
$61,180.
The farm buildings
with 7.98 acre tract sold
for $88,023, and lastly a
2.17 acre parcel sold for
$31,031. The average
price per acre was
$9,618.60.
