Robert E. Martin and Jeffrey Martin were the auctioneers. KULP SALE Public Auction of farmland was held in Penn Township just South of Manheim, on Saturday, February 24, 1990. Six separate tracts of land were sold to various purchasers. A 13.74 acre tract sold for $54,960, a 6.05 acre parcel sold for $29,645, 4.6 acres sold for $61,180. The farm buildings with 7.98 acre tract sold for $88,023, and lastly a 2.17 acre parcel sold for $31,031. The average price per acre was $9,618.60. The auction was held for the Estate of Margie H. Kulp. The auction eers were E.M. Murry Associates of Lititz. The attorney handling the Estate was J. David Young, Esq. of Young & Young law firm of Manheim.
