Thursday, Feb. 1. Dr.
Jones headed the
Radiology Dept, at
Pottsville Hospital and
the PA Chapter of the
American Cancer Soci
ety during the 1950’5.
He is well-known for
his involvement in
cancer research surgical
device inventions. The
Pennsylvania National
Bank handled the estate
and representatives
from the bank traveled
from Pottsville to
Harleysville to witness
the saJe of the fine col
lection of antique furni
ture, glassware, sterling
silver and jewelry.
