SALE ORDER A METHOD OF OFFERING: First offering will be in bulk and will
include Lott #1 & #2 and all milling & feed equipment (No rolling stock.) Final bid in bulk
offering shall be held. Second offering will be in detail as follows; Lot #l, then Lot #2, then
feed manufacturing equipment at listed by the piece. (No rolling stock.) All detailed bids to
be held. Nothing shall be considered told until both offerings have been completed; at
which time whatever method produces the most monies, will determine the method of tale.
The sale shall be subject to the approval of the Trustee. After the above offerings, the rolling
stock will be offered in detail, and this sale shall be subject to the Trustee's approval.
TERMS OF EQUIPMENT A TRUCKS: Cash or Guaranteed funds with payment in full on
day of auction. Personal or company checks accepted only with prior approval of the
Trustee.
TERMS OF REAL ESTATE: First bulk offering including real estate and equipment - A
deposit of $35,000 is required. Second offering - A deposit of $25,000 for Lot #l, $5,000 for
Lot #2. For equipment, cash in full on day of auction. All deposits are non-refundable, and
shall be in the form of a Cashier’s or Certified check on sale day, drawn on a financial
institution whose deposits are Federally insured, made payable to Gary A. Rosen, Trustee.
Deposits shall constitute a part of the purchase price. Interest on the purchase price at the
rate of 9% per annum will be charged from the day of sale until the date of final settlements
Settlement shall be within 15 days from the date of ratification by the U.S.

DEFAULT: In the event of default, the deposit shall be forfeited and the property retold at
the cost and risk of the defaulting purchaser or purchasers, or Trustee shall avail himself of
any legal or equitable rights against the defaulting purchaser or purchasers.
REGULATIONS: The property herein is being sold subject to all Federal, State and County
zoning, laws, ordinances and regulations which may affect the property and its use, and
including all conditions and limitations and other matters of record.
COSTS: Purchaser or purchasers shall pay for all costs in connection with the transfer of
tide of real estate. Seller shall pay for deed only. Purchaser or purchasers shall pay all other
costs such as but not limited to financing, mortgage, recording costs, survey, if required,
attorney settlement fee, required tax stamps and transfer taxes. The property is selling as-is
