The average of the 74 head of cows, heifers and calves sold was $1305. The top cow brought $2500 and there were 6 Holstein cows that brought $2OOO or more. Remsburg Sale Ser vice managed the sale. MARTIN ESTATE SALE A Public Auction of real estate and house hold goods was held November 11 by the estate of Jeremiah S. Martin, 724 Peters Road, Leacock Twp., Lane. Co., Pa. There were 230 registered bid ders attending the sale. The brick and frame ranch-style dwelling with attached 2 car gar age on a 250 by 165 foot lot was purchased by Mervin Seibel, Sads buryville for $147,000.
