National Junior Horticulture
Association held a convention at
Hunt Valley Maryland on October
27-31. At this convention, a local
4-H’er Connie Faith Carney was
elected to serve as secretary for
the national Junior Horticulture
Association for the term of
1989-1990. She was also a grand
National winner for outstanding
