The Virts farm 3,000 acres near
Purcellville, Virginia, not far from
Harpers Ferry, West Virginia.
They raise 350 cow/calf pairs with
emphasis on Black Simmental and
purebred show animals. They are
recognized exhibitors in cattle
shows through the eastern U.S.
and Canada.
