Daily winners are selected in
each of the six breeds, and the
farm with the highest points at the
end of the week wins the Good
Housekeeping Award, sponsored
by the Pennsylvania Dairymen’s
Association.
Green Slopes Farm of Imler,
Bedford County, won the award
four out of five days in the Guern
sey division and received a first
place plaque and SSO for their
weeklong efforts.
Green Slopes, owned by Galen
and Sonja McDonald, certainly
was one of the most attractive
areas of the complex this week.
Receiving plaques for the week
in the other five breeds were:
