months a year,” says Chuck An
derson, seafood buyer for Giant
Food Stores. “We’re excited at the
thought of buying fish raised on
Pennsylvania farms. But no matter
whom they sell to, growers need
to know what buyers and consum
ers look for in fresh fish.” Mr. An
derson’s talk at the conference is
entitled “Satisfying the Wholesal
er and Consumer.”
