shall be forfeited and the property resold at

date of settlement. Costs of conveyancing,
recording, transfer taxes, agricultural tax
es, documentary stamps and all other costs
incident to settlement shall be borne by the
purchaser. Taxes, water rent and all other
public or governmental charges and/or
assessments against the premises, which are
or may be payable on an annual basis are to
be adjusted and apportioned as of the date
of sale, and are to be assumed and paid

Herd consists of 37 cows and approximately 30 calves, balance are
Close Springers and one Herd Sire. For past 25 years cows have been bred
with only Wye Bulls. Cows that have calves should be bred back, bull was
put in with them July 1, 1989. Herd has always been culled closely and
only the better cows have been kept. Herd will be T.B. and Bangs Tested
for interstate shipments.
