Everyone in the club is very proud to have Sylvia as their leader. Eight year club member. Club President and 1989 Carroll Coun ty Dairy Princess, Miss Cindy Stamer stated, “I would like to say, how good she (Sylvia) works with the kids (4-H’ers). The dedi cation and time she takes for all of us (members).” On Sunday, July 23, 1989 Syl via Miller was recognized for all her efforts at the Progressive Clovers 4-H Club’s annual club picnic held at the Carroll County Agriculture Center in Westmin ster, Maryland.
