appointing. Offerings were usually readily
available on most items. Buyers were cau
tious. Some interest was developing for
promotions, but expectations were dulled

Movement of ready to cook whole fryers
was no better than fair. Supplies of 3 pound
and over sizes were fully adequate and
offered at highly competitive prices but
buyer interest was light and cautious. In the
parts complex, supplies of cullets,s whole
breasts, and wings wpte adequate, legs
were hilly adequate and leg quarters were
ample and slow to clear. Less than ttucklot
asking prices were lower at 55-64 cents.
Live supplies were adequate. Average
weights were, heavier than desired.
Today’s slaughter schedules were heavy.
The trade sentiment was weak and
unsettled.

tude. Raw materials were confidently held
forcing breakers to readjust their schedules
and thinking. Floor stocks were for the
most part in good balance to handle present
needs.

the farm, producer loaded Offers from
producers increased over prior week and
were adequate for current needs. Proces
sors operated full schedules and are mostly
full for next week, too. Demand for earner
pack product was fairly good and in good
balance with supplies.
