Wednesday, May 24, 1989
Prices were higher than prior week.
Trade sentiment was unsettled. Offers for
light-type fowl from producers were very
light and short of buyer needs; however,
supplies of heavy fowl were generally
adequate for immediate pick up. Proces
sors operated pan time schedules this week
and have only 3-4 days scheduled for next
week. Demand for earner pack product
was in balance with supplies at steady
prices.
