November beans opened at $6.39, traded to a high of $6.58 and closed 7 cents lower at $6.47-1/2. Reports of overnight rainfall, and forecasts for more on the way in lowa pressured the opening with buying midsession linked to news reports that Brazi lian dockworkers would strike on June 13th. That news digested, selling re-entered the market in the form of profit-taking and con tinued caution in the face of weather news.
