Tmcklot buying interest was light to fair
and generally best on wings and tight sup
plies of breast items. Cutlets were in light
supply; however, demand was only fair at
best. Whole breasts were generally no
more than adequate and the marketplace
was in anticipation of higher trending
prices. Legs were fully adequate and slow
in clearing, while leg quarters traded as
low as 29 cents delivered in an effort to sti
mulate movement. Wings were adequate to
barely adequate.
