Patricia Langenfelder has
announced a change of date for the
traditional “Maryland Agriculture
Dinner”, which honors the Gover
nor and members of the General
Assembly. The event will be held
on Wednesday, March 15 at Mar
tin’s West in,Baltimore County. In
past years the event had always
been held in early February.
“We changed the date this year
so Maryland could more closely
have the event in conjunction with
National Agriculture Week obser
vances,” Langenfelder said.
“There are a few sponsor open
ings left at this time for those
firms and individuals who would
like to join with us in this oppor
tunity to promote agriculture and
agribusiness in Maryland. Anyone
wishing information on sponsor
ship should contact Robert
Blades, dinner treasurer, at
301/754-8184,” she concluded.
