Junior Holstein
Scholarship Available
STATE COLLEGE (Centre) The Pennsylvania Holstein
Association is pleased to announce it will be awarding five $5OO
scholarships at the Junior Holstein Convention in February at the
Sheraton Inn, West Middlesex.
The scholarships are available to members of the Pennsylvania
Junior Holstein Association. The scholarship applicants can be
attending or planning to attend a four year school, two year school,
technical school, short course, breeding school, computer school
or other post-secondary educational program. Applicants must
have completed a Senior Division Distinguished Junior Member
Book at some point. Winners will have two years to use the
scholarship.
The scholarship is to recognize Holstein youth for their achieve
ments, leadership and accomplishments in youth programs. The
winners selected will be based on completion of the application,
answering four questions and an interview with a panel of judges
at the Junior Convention.
