Miller and Sam Miller P.O.A. at 138 East Main St., Fre dericksburg, Lebanon Co., Pa. The two-unit apart ment in a 2/i story frame building was sold for $47,000. Dwight D. Miller was the auctioneer. SCHANTZ SALE An excellent 2-day auction was held on Wed., Sept. 27, 28 in Bally, PA, by Alderfer Auction Co. The first day was the personal property of Sadie, Allen and Susan Schantz. This was highlighted by an early walnut table w/2 drawers, 30’x40’ with a turned ‘H’ stretcher base, which brought $16,500; a cherry high chest with 3 over 5 drawers, fluted columns and OG bracket feet, which brought $9500; also a Windsor 8-leg settee with a 4-section back and original yel low paint (repaired), which brought $2900. The second day was the fine real estate,, which consisted of 2 parcels: Parcel #1 con sisted of 57 acres- a con stant income producer, and therefore was the attraction for investors and speculators and developers alike. Parcel #2 consisted of 27 acres of woodland overlook ing a golf course. This also was an excellent day for Real Estate at Auction.
