DIRECTIONS: Get off Rt. 15 at Liberty and go east % mile to
stop sign In Liberty turn right and left Immediately go 1.6
mile and turn left. Go 1.2 ml. to farm. Watch for auction
arrows.
Farmffl is where the auction will take place
and it consists of a 135 acre dairy farm with
90A tillable, balance pasture and woodland.
The farm fields are contoured and the terrain is
level to a gentle slope and in a high state of cul
tivation presently mostly alfalfa. The bam has
68 lever stanchions, gutter cleaner, 825 gal.
bulk milk tank and 2” glass pipeline. Dairy was
sold 10 years ago. (Some repairs and/or reno
vations are needed for today’s milk markets.)
The bam is 40’x196’, a 24’x60’ insulated
implement shed, 2- 12’x30’ silos and a 16’x40’
silo. There are 1- 4,000 bu. grain bin, 2- 8 ton
bulk feed bins. There is a 2 'A story frame home
with vinyl siding, 4 bedrooms, bath, Ig. living
room, dining room and eat-in kitchen with

tillable, balance woods and pasture. Lg. bank
bam is presently set up for beef, young stock
and/or sheep, with lever stalls and a circular
bunk feeder from the 16’x50’ cement silo.

bedroom house with 1 bath, kitchen, living
room, dining room with coal and wood warm
air furnace. The land and soil is comparable to
Farm # 1 and the fields almost join. These farms
will be offered individually and together.
