Lutz, chairman of the Berks Coun ty Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service. The ASCS office also has issued compliance figures on the 1987 acreage reduc tion programs. Lutz said the 1988 farm prog ram participants contracted to reduce their crop acreage bases by 27.5 percent for wheat, 20 percent for com, sorghum and barley and 5 percent for oats. Gray is accused of selling one quarter pound of marijuana to an under cover officer during an ongoing investigation of illegal drug activi ty in northwestern Pennsylvania. Gray was arrested, pled guilty to the charge and was to be sentenced on October 25, 1985. He failed to appear for sentencing and has not been seen since. Gray has two prior convictions of illegal drug manufacture and sale for which he did spend time in prison. Gray is described as a black male, age 31, with short black hair and brown eyes.
