Trading activity was light on most items.
The bulk of trading on cutlets was at
unchanged prices and sellers often found
buyer interest limited to previous commit
ments; supplies were more in balance with
the lighter call. Demand for whole breasts
was sufficient to keep most supplies in tight
balance, however, some product had sur
faced and sellers were more willing to
negotiate. Legs and leg quarters were
adequate to fully adequate at current levels.
Wings were irregular but fully adequate
overall; demand was slowest on this item.
