Selling at 10 A.M. approximately 200 head 350 to 400 lb. all calfhood vaccinated
heifers from 1 herd. Selling right after, about 100 to 150 head big Registered and
Grade open heifers mostly calfhood vaccinated, then fresh heifers and stock bulls
with approximately 250 to 300 head short bred and springing heifers.
SPECIAL MENTION: Approximately 40 head real top purebred and grade
springing heifers for Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hannum and Family. They really have the
right kind this year. Also from Mr. and Mrs. Paul Krantz and Family a nice group of
registered big heifers all dud in July. A nice group big springing heifers for Kreider
Bros., Quarryville, 53 head registered from 1 farm including 20 head fancy open
heifers, 10 big springing heifers from Honey Brook, plus lots more.
Animals accepted all day Wednesday due to ascension day, also Thursday and
Friday till 8 A.M. with no extra charge. All animals sold individually for the seller as
well as the buyer.
