Franklin 4-H Dairy Awards Given

Three former Dairy Club leaders
with a combined total of 76 years
of service among them spoke at the
Franklin County 4-H Dairy
Awards Banquet and Reorganiza
tion meeting. They shared reminis
cences of the early years of the
Dairy Club. Speaking to club
members and their families, last
month at Kauffman Community
Center were Richard Harshman,
with 22 years of service to the
Dairy Club; Kenneth Mummcrt,
30 years of service; and John Ston
er, 24 years. Carl Hartman, 1987
club president, presented certifi
cates of appreciation to the men on
behalf of the 4-H Dairy Council.
