Trading activity waa good on barely
adequate supplies of cutlets and sellers
generally found little resistance at
1.85-1.90. Rib breasts were no more than
adequate and cleared well at today’s levels
Line mn breasts were tight; trading spotty.
Legs and leg quarters were fully adequate
to occasionally ample for a no better than
fair call with some spot product noted sold
below current levels. Wings were irregular
and while many sellers were able to get
higher prices the buying interest was
becoming less aggressive.

Demind for ready-to-cook whole birds
was fairly good in spots but overall was
only fair at best. Supplies were fully adequ
ate to occasionally ample. In the parts com
plex legs and leg quarters were generally
adequate, with the teamining items barely
adequate to adequate for a good call. Less
than tmcklot asking prices were unchanged
at 48 to 56 cents, however, discounting in
an effort to move additional product, con
tinued. Live supplies were generally mod
erate. Weights were mostly desirable.
Slaughter schedules were moderately
heavy. The undertone was barely steady
