measuring cup, combine oil, vine
gar, sugar, mint and anise; set
aside. For salad, in large bowl,
combine rice, apple and green
onions. Add Vi cup vinaigrette, stir
to combine. Arrange lettuce on
serving platter. Top with rice mix
ture and lamb strips. Pour remain
ing vinaigrette over lamb. Makes 4
servings.
