recipe for Italian salad dressing that is not too salty or
spicy. Thanks Wilma Epler for sharing the following.
Italian Salad Dressing
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
'A cup vinegar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 Pups salad oil
1 teaspoon celery seed
2 teaspoons finely minced onion
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until well mixed
and thick. Pour into jar and refrigerate when not using.

a recipe for vanilla and peanut butter fudge. Thanks Rita

Vanilla Fudge
1 can milk
VA cups white syrup
7 cups sugar
Dash of salt
Vi pound margarine
Stir and cook slowly until soft ball forms in cold water
or the candy thermometer registers 236 degrees.
Beat until it starts to thicken. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla
and 1 cup walnuts. Mix well. Pour in buttered 9x13-inch
dish. Cool. Cut in squares.
Peanut Butter Fudge
4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons white syrup
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup canned milk
Mix ingredients well and bring to a rolling boil for 4
minutes. Remove from heat.
Add:
1 jar (7-ounces) marshmallow cream
1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth). Stir until com
pletely mixed. Pour into a buttered 13x9-inch pan. Cool.
Cut in squares.
