Gipe, Jr., who heads the food services curriculum of the Dauphin County Technical School. The low-cal, low-fat theme is a first for the Pennsylvania Dairy Promotion Program and possibly Pennsylvania itself, according to PDPP Marketing Manager Donna Vemer who announced the judges. Vemer noted that the contesty was “right in step” with the PDPP’s low-fat White Lite campaign. The contest has been updated in several ways, she said.
