Second high selling Foundation
Pure Watusi at $6,500 came on
“Sparky” a 2 year old heifer, also
bred by Catskill Game Farm, con
signed by J.C. Schulz, Catskill,
NY and taken home by Jerry
Hagee, Arbuckle Wilderness,
Edmond, OK.
In the percentage blood categ
ory sale toppers were “J B Whit
ney” % blood yearling heifer con
signed by Jean Bonds, Phoenix,
AZ and “Bambi”, 3 A blood heifer
consigned by John & Robyn Goo
din of Charleston, MO. These col
orful, top homed individuals were
marked off at $1,700 each to new
owner, Delbert Eichelberger of
Pryor, OK.
Thirty-four buyers from 18
states successfully bid to become
owners of the 97 head of Watusi
and percentage Watusi offered at
this sale.
