XXX A Public Sale of a 35 acre farm was held Sep tember 1 one mile south of Terre Hill, East Earl Twp., Lancaster Co., Pa. by Paul W. and Mabel Horst. The farm was pur chased for a total of $253,000 by Aaron B. Reiff, a neighboring far mer and he will continue to farm the land. This price was $7228 an acre and was $2OOO higher than the average price of eastern Lancas ter County farms.
