cents from September but is 6
cents below last October’s Class I
price.
Mr. Shine announced a Class II
milk price of $11.39 per hundred
weight for August 1987 and a but
terfat differential of 17.0 cents for
the month. The Class II price was
up 17 cents from the previous

The USDA reported that the
wholesale price of Grade A butler
at Chicago for August was
$1.4812 per pound and the nonfat
dry milk price was $.7987 per
pound, f.o.b. plants in the Chicago
area.
