Featured speaker at the evening banquet is Lt. Governor Mark Singel, who is discussing rural economic development in the Commonwealth. The two-day symposium, designed for Northeastern cooperatives, begins Tuesday, September 29 with remarks by PAFC President Robert M. Dever, the assistant general manager of Atlantic Dairy Cooperative. The invited keynote speaker is Rep. Ed Jones, Tennessee.
