Keystone Chapter Conservation Farmers Paul and Joseph Musser were honored at the Keystone Chapter, Soil Conservation Society of America (SCSA) at the outstand ing Conservation Farmers for 1987. This meeting was held on July 10, 1987 at Williamsport stated John Akers, District Conser vationist with the U.S. Soil Con servation Service and a member of the Society from Franklin County. The Mussers were recognized for the conservation work that they have applied on the 352 acres of land that they own.
