The American Farm Bureau Federation’s 22-member Farm Income Study Committee announced its recommendations today following a ten-month investigation. The committee which included Richard Newpher, Administrative Secretary of the Pennsylvania Farmers’ Associa tion (PFA), was directed to leave “no stone unturned’’ in finding ways to improve income opportun ities for farmers. It received counsel and ideas from 75 experts in developing its recommendations.
