Soybean futures rallied today from
3-1/4 on old crop to 6 cents on new
crop mainly in sympathy with
outside markets and more par
ticularly on precious metals and
inflationary fears. Nearby months
fell off session highs and com
mission houses liquidated. Late
selling was prompted by skit
tishness over the bean marketing

from 2-3/4 cents on the May option
to 5-3/4 cents higher on the
December option. This rally today
