A4-Lancastar Faming, Saturday, January 17,1987 Northeast Chicken Parts Thursday, Jan. 15,1986 Comment: Trading activity was light to selective. Cutlets were clearing at current levels, but some sellers showed concern even at these levels. Line one breasts were more available at 90 cents but only occasional sale was noted below this. Rib breasts were showing up overall with supplies increasing and at least adequate. Legs were fully adequate and slow to clear in a few quarters. The demand for leg quarters ranged from light to good, but the supply has been more sufficient to fill needs. Advanced interest was noted on leg quarters for the next two weeks. Wings were fully adequate to ample and hard to move. Breasts, skinned, boneless 1.85- 1.90. Rib-on-breasts .92-.95, Line one breasts .90. Copyright 1980 by Lancaster fanning P.O.
