Names ASC Committeemen CREAMERY - Charles Rhoads, Obelisk, a well known Montgomery County dairyman, was elected chairperson on the county Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation committee at the county ASCS convention, held Dec. 16, 1966 at the 4-H Center, Creamery, Pa. Bernard Slemmer, Lederach dairyman was elected vice chairperson and Stanley Moyer another local dairyman was elected as a regular member. These persons will serve for the coming year. Representatives to the ASCS Committee are responsible for administering the federal agricultural programs.
