week’s trading session mostly 1.00
lower, recovering some of Mon
day’s downturn at midweek. A
lower trending and slow moving
dressed beef, in both carcass and
boxed beef channels dominant
factors in the downturn. Slaughter
cows 1.00-2.00 lower. Slaughter
bulls steady.
