PHA Dairy Promotion Contest STATE COLLEGE - The Pennsylvania Holstein Association’s 1986 County Dairy Promotion Contest is coming to a close. The contest, to recognize clubs who do year-round promotion work, covers promotion work done from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 1986. The completed report of the Dairy Promotion Committee is due at the Pennsylvania Holstein office by Jan. 10,1987. The Dairy Promotion Contest Rules and Activity Report Forms are available from the Penn sylvania Holstein Association.
