Hehnly Wins FFA Quiz Contest
Joe Hehnly, right, was the recent winner in the Lancaster
County FFA Quiz Contest held at Garden Spot High School.
Joe is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Hehnly of Lititz and is a
freshman Warwick FFA member. Joe won by correctly an
swering the most questions about FFA, it's history and
organization. Shown above with Joe is Eric Eckert, last year's
quiz contest winner. He is also a member of the Warwick FFA.

2 teaspoons chopped dill
2 teaspoons chopped chives
‘-2 cup chili sauce or cocktail
sauce
1 pound cooked shrimp
pound bay scallops
Parsley sprigs
Slice French bread thinly and
toast in 375°F. oven until golden
brown. Combine cream cheese,
lemon juice, dill, and chives. Top
French bread with cream cheese.
Top cream cheese mixture wjth
chili sauce and then add shrimp
and scallops. Garnish with parsley
sprigs.
