PRESERVATION DEED
RESTRICTION DONATIONS
The Lancaster County Agricultural
Preserve Board will conduct a public
hearing on the acceptance of preser
vation deed restrictions by donations on
nine adjoining farm properties in Manor
Township, Lancaster County, Penn
sylvania.
Pennsylvania Power & Light Company
is proposing the preservation of these
farmlands by perpetual preservation
deed restriction donation. The 9 tracts
totalling 636 acres are located in western
Manor Township, Vz mile south of
Washington Boro, fronting on River
Road, Anchor Road and Prospect Road.
Anyone with an interest in this
preservation proposal will have the
opportunity to be heard at a public
meeting at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday,
October 1, 1986 at the West Laifcaster
Fire Hall, Yale Ave. and Temple Ave.,
south of Columbia Avenue, 1 mile west of
Lancaster City.
