Stornoway Farms is a certified and accredited herd in Pennsylvania with
II years of top artifical breeding management techniques and 14 years of
Total Performance Testing. A ngid health and nutrition program is care
fully maintained. Only those animals that pass our own strict requirements
for registry are registered. Blood typing is done periodically.
All registered cows have calves at side sired by Red Get-A-Long Licorice and
his son Candyman, currently being marketed by Select Sires. Commercial
cows have calves at side sired by Saler and Chianina bulls All registered cows
have been bred back to: Beibers Honest Abe, RCN Dynamo 614 and Sayre
Cashmaker The commercial cows have been bred to Gelbvieh bulls All cows
will be guaranteed safe with calf.
The average weaning weights for heifer calves over a five year period is 475
pounds, bulls average 525 pounds All calves are preconditioned for sale
shortly before weaning
