QUESTION - Mrs. Delores Buhite, Reynoldsville, would
like a recipe for blackberries wrapped in dough, sealed
tight and dropped in boiling water. She needs the recipe
for dough and how long to cook it.
QUESTION - Dorothy S. Riesterer, New Providence,
would like a recipe for crabapples that are placed in a
crock with red cinnamon candies and slowly baked, then
put up in jars.
QUESTION - Connie Garrison, Dividing Creek, N J.,
would like a recipe for tomato butter or tomato jelly
QUESTION - Nancy Kramer, Newmanstown, would like a
recipe for tomato catsup that gets thick like the catsup you

Chocolate Fudge
1 pound confectioner’s sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
Vi pound melted butter or margarine
Stir together and add.
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chunky or smooth peanut butter
Mix well and put in pan in refrigerator Note. This keeps
in refrigerator several weeks if well covered.
I'/s cups white sugar
Vi cup butter
% cup cream
1/8 teaspoon salt
Vi pound white chocolate, chopped fine
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Vi teaspoon vanilla
Dipping chocolate
. Cook first four ingredients without stirring, to 238° F
Remove from heat and add next 3 ingredients Blend well
