The undersigned will offer at public auction the following
described farms, located, 5 miles North of Gettysburg, PA or 1
mile South of Biglerville, PA - along Route 34 turn West onto
Zeigler Mill Road and Rose Lane to farms (sale signs posted) - on

Farms owned by the late ALDA M. MILLER of Harrisburg, PA
and formerly known as the MARCH FARMS.
All three farms located in Butler Township, Adams County, PA.
FARM NO. 1 - Approx. 83.2 acres, consisting of approx. 47
tillable, balance woodland and pasture, having approx. 2000 ft.
frontage along Zeigler Mill Road, 500 ft. frontage along Rose
Lane, 275 ft. along Russell Tavern Road, and 2400 ft. frontage
along the Conewago Creek. This tract is improved with a 26 ft by
