The annual event has been cancelled this year due to drought conditions. The field day was scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 6 at the University of Maryland’s agronomy-dairy forage research farm near Clarksville in Howard County. It is sponsored each year by the Cooperative Extension Service in Maryland and Delaware and the Maryland-Delaware Forage Council. Lester R.
