sold for $216,000 and
included a brick
dwelling, frame barn
and other outbuildings.

auctioneer.
A Public Sale of real
estate and antiques was
held July 5 by Ethel H.
Burkholder, 1328 West
Main St., Ephrata, Pa.
The property included
a 2 Vis story aluminum
sided dwelling and a
shoe store and shop plus
a 2-car garage. It was
sold to John Sayer of
Ephrata for $50,000.

The top price for a
registered Holstein was
$5200. The second high
was $2700 and the third
high cow brought $2300.
The average of the 30
young cows, 15 bred
heifers and 5 calves was
$1677.
