Mrs. Moyer showed slides, ex plained their operation and shared some egg recipes. On June 19 the society sponsored a trip to the Topiary Gardens in Maryland. Mary Clark gave details on the other trips which are planned, including the Lancaster County trip on July 24 and a trip to Cape May on Aug. 28. President Wolfe reported that Lancaster County will host the Spring Rally next yer. The Rally will be held at Elizabethtown College. Ann Keiser, Farm Women’s editor, will be the speaker. Members voted to contribute $lO to the Poultry Queen. The next meeting will be a pig Lancaster Society 3 Lancaster Society 3 met Saturday at the home of Norma Meek, Denver. Norma Meek led devotions and president Erla Gehman conducted the business meeting. The group gave $l5O to the Lancaster County Poultry Association for their queen con test.
