Sundae Tuesday held on the steps
of the Capitol building.
Ice cream lovers stood in line, 25
deep at times, on either side of
three dipping booths. Three dip
pers in each booth scooped a
variety of tantalizing flavors while
dairy princesses provided topping
at two tables that held the temp
ting final ingredients for a make
your-own sundae.
