Auction of farm

was held June 7 by
Joseph A. Cain, north of
Bel Air and between
Forest Hill and Hickory,
Md. There were over 400
people at the sale.
The 31.56 acres was
sold for $194,000 and
included a frame farm
house, 2-car garage,
bank bam, machine
shed and other out
buildings.
Some other prices
received were: Int. 200
