USDA Weekly Reports Begin WASHINGTON, D.C. - Wed nesday the USDA began issuing weekly reports showing purchases of red meat by USDA, the number of cattle slaughtered and the number of dairy cattle sold for export under the dairy termination program. This weekly report was mandated in the settlement of the National Cattlemen’s Association’s suit.
