is Jackie Tanner
SMETHPORT Jackie Tanner,
Jhe 19-year-old daughter of James
and Eleanor Tanner, Smethport, is
the 1986 McKean County dairy
princess.
Jackie received her crown
during pageant ceremonies at the
Smethport Fairgrounds May 5. A
1965 graduate of Smethport High
School, Jackie resides with her
parents on their dairy farm. The
Tanners have 54 Holsteins and are
currently milking about 20.
During high school, Jackie was a
member of the Bucktail FFA
Chapter and was named out
standing ag student her senior
year. She served her FFA chapter
as secretary.
Jackie is employed as a machine
operator at Jaguar Manufacturing
Company. She attends the
Christian Missionary Alliance
Church in Smethport.
During the coming year, Jackie
will be busy promoting the dairy
industry and dairy products.

The depth of an average size
porch box can range from seven to
